Smoked Salt and Black Pepper Almonds

200g Almonds
2 tsp Black pepper, fresh and roughly ground
2 tsp Smoked sea salt, powdered

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then spread onto mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate 12-16 hours or until crisp. Store in an airtight container.
