Herb & Spice Mixed Nuts

3 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, picked off stem and minced
3 tbsp Fresh Thyme, picked off stem and minced
¼ tsp Cayenne
1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Black pepper, Fresh Ground
2 tbsp Coconut sugar, powdered
½ tsp himalayan crystal salt
2 tbsp lemon zest
200g Mixed nuts (walnuts, almond and hazelnuts)

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then spread onto mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate 12-16 hours or until crisp. Store in an airtight container.
