Three-Tiered Chocolate Cake

"If you have been following my blog for some time now, or if you have read back over the entries, you will see that each June I make the same cake for my Julia. Each year they look a little different, but with the same flavours; Chocolate, Cherry and Coconut- these flavours are a tradition now! This year I wanted to really push the boundaries and make something spectacular. I believe I have done just that and I documented the process for you so you can see all the little steps along the way. Enjoy." -Amy
